  • Judy Woods, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist and a licensed professional clinical counselor with a doctorate in clinical psychology. She completed a two year Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Certificate from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Woods works with children, adults, and their families. She specializes in working with very young children (infants, toddlers, and preschoolers); children with severe emotional and behavioral needs; children with autism spectrum disorders; as well as children who have experienced abuse, neglect or trauma. She has expertise in providing psychological assessments and comprehensive evaluations.   • Angie Mensink is a licensed professional clinical counselor and received her Master’s degree in mental health counseling with an emphasis in child and adolescent counseling from Viterbo University. She also earned a doctorate in education from Viterbo University with a specialization in Counselor Education. She provides mental health services to children of all ages, teenagers, adults, couples, and families. She specializes in working with young children and their parents; children/individuals/families impacted by significant trauma; and children with behavioral, emotional, and attachment-related needs.

    She is a certified provider in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Circle of Security-Informed Therapy (COS-IT) and is rostered in Trauma-Informed Child-Parent Psychotherapy (TI-CPP).   • Catherine Wright has over 25 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children and families in community, hospital and clinic settings. She is a licensed Psychologist (LP) and a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). She is a registered Health Services Psychologist and holds Infant Mental Health Endorsement as a Mentor.

    Catherine uses both a developmental and attachment perspective when working with children and families. She believes that parents and caregivers know their children best and are the most important people for fostering healthy growth and development with their children. Thus, she believes in partnering with caregivers throughout the therapeutic process.

    Catherine has expertise providing psychological testing and clinical services to children ages birth to ten and their families. She has provided clinical services using individual, family, group and multifamily interventions for children under the age of 10 and adults. She holds expertise in assessing and treating trauma, anxiety, compulsion disorders, toileting issues, attention issues and depression.

  • Allie Gregg is a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 5 years of experience in the field of mental health. Allie earned a Master’s degree in clinical counseling with an emphasis in child and adolescent mental health from Bethel University. She has experience working with children, adolescents and families within community mental health, the school setting, and in an ABA therapy setting.

    Allie specializes in working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families, as well as children with significant emotional and behavioral needs. At this time, she is providing CMDE assessments, diagnostic assessments for early childhood using the DC: 0-5, diagnostic assessments for children, adolescents and adults, and QSP services. She has additional training in trauma-focused CBT as well as ABA therapy.

  • Jesse Flynn is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and endorsed as an Infant Mental Health Specialist (III). She received her master’s degree from the University of Chicago and a certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health from the University of Minnesota. In her practice she focuses on perinatal mental health, parenting, trauma, and supporting families and children ages 0-6. She is trained in Attachment and Bio-Behavioral Catch-Up, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Circle of Security-Parenting. Jesse is a co-founder of the Mother-Baby Program at Hennepin Healthcare and a Teaching Specialist at the Institute of Child Development at the University of Minnesota.

  • Julie Hoye is a Licensed Psychologist serving the Twin Cities metro area. She received her doctorate from the University of Delaware and completed her predoctoral internship in Infant Mental Health at Tulane University. Her practice focuses on supporting young children and their family systems through quality psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy. Dr. Hoye is a certified provider of Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (prenatal-48 months), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (3-10 years old), Child Parent Psychotherapy (0-6 years) and Circle of Security-Parenting. She specializes in working with children impacted by trauma and transition, young children with anxiety disorders, and parents/caregivers wishing to process challenges related to parenting. Dr. Hoye is an instructor at the University of Minnesota Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Certificate Program within the Institute for Child Development. She is also a Clinical Consultant with Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up at the University of Delaware.

  • Amanda is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Minnesota (Lic #3307). Amanda specializes in attachment and developmental concerns, offering individual/family therapy options for all ages. In addition, she also offers psychoeducation outreach services including professional training on Early Childhood Mental Health, trauma, and brain development. Because of her previous role as a level 4 service intensity clinician, Amanda has valuable experience navigating challenging emotions and physically aggressive behaviors from young children as they adjust to changes in their world. When working with this population, Amanda primarily utilizes interventions that are trauma informed, relationship based, and grounded in developmental concepts to address presenting concerns and is diligent in ensuring treatment plans are specifically tailored to the client’s current needs.   • Lisa Rogers is a licensed professional clinical counselor with a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Winona State University. She has over 5 years of experience providing mental health counseling, and provides mental health services to children (ages 6 and up), teenagers, adults, and families. Lisa specializes in working with children and adolescents impacted by trauma and is a certified provider of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Lisa is additionally trained in Circles of Security­Parenting. She has completed the necessary requirements of the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health to provide clinical supervision to post-Master's clinical trainees to obtain their counseling license.

  • Mollie Brady is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) with a doctorate in clinical psychology. Dr. Brady provides mental health services to children of all ages, teenagers, adults, and families.   • Erica Thibodeaux is a licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota. She earned a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Winona State University and has 8 years of clinical experience. Erica has worked in the mental health field for over 20 years in diverse settings: residential alcohol and drug treatment, rural crisis intervention, and health promotion with college students at Winona State University. She is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Ghana (2007-9) as a health and water specialist.   • Joseph R. Jefferson, Psy.D. is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and completed his doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas. In addition, Dr. Jefferson completed his MA at the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology and his BA at Central College (IA). Dr. Jefferson provides psychological testing and comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults (ages 5+).

    Dr. Jefferson utilizes various psychological instruments and considers discrepant information through a systemic-relational and developmental approach to providing a comprehensive understanding of the individual being assessed. Through an evidence-based health psychology lens, Dr. Jefferson is motivated in providing an accurate and appropriate clinical conclusion regarding diagnosis and relevant, specific recommendations for treatment planning.   • Dani Anderson is a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and an EMDR Consultant in Training. She is nearing completion of an Advanced Certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation (May 2024), from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD). Dani is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor with the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. She has over 13 years of clinical experience across a range of settings, to include outpatient, residential and forensic venues.

    Dani works with adults and has areas of special interest, or specialization, that include abuse/neglect, acute and post-traumatic stress, addictions, attachment, chronic illness, depression, dissociation, emergency responders, grief/loss, military/veterans, personality disorders, pornography use, and problematic sexual behaviors. Her therapeutic approach is anchored in curiosity and non-judgment, with an eye towards balancing empathy and accountability in the day-to-day work.   • Michaela Gansen is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She received her Master's degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Michaela has over ten years of experience working in domestic violence, social services and behavioral health agencies.

    She specializes in working with children from birth to five years old and their families along with pregnant and postpartum individuals. Michaela is completing training in Child Parent Psychotherapy (0-6 years). Michaela also enjoys working with college students and young adults.

  • Reese Galewski is a recent graduate of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program at Winona State University. She has over 4 years of experience working with children (ages 2 years –7 years) with Autism and their families. She enjoys helping children with emotional and behavioral needs and their family members. Reese had the opportunity to complete her practicum at Woods Psychological Services in Fall 2023 through December 2023 where she was able to provide mental health services for children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, adults, and families under the supervision of Mollie Brady, PhD, LP, LPCC.

  • Stacy Robinson is a graduate student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) Program at Capella University. She received her BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and will graduate with her MS in CMHC in March 2025. Stacy profoundly believes in the transformative power of empathy and hopes to utilize various theoretical skills to meet the unique needs of each client and their family. Stacy will be working as a clinical trainee at Woods Psychological Services under the supervision of Judy Woods, PhD, LP, LPCC.

  • Kelli Krage is a Mental Health Clinical Trainee working towards her LPCC licensure. She graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Additionally, Kelli received a Graduate Certificate in Counseling-Contemporary Theories of Mental Health. She also has a Certificate in Criminal Justice and Behavioral Health. Kelli has over 18 years in the mental health, chemical dependency, and human service industry, working with various agencies from group home providers, social service agencies, state hospitals, and treatment centers.

    Kelli enjoys working with children, adults, and families with diverse backgrounds. Kelli prides herself on building quality relationships with those she supports, using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, tailoring interventions to meet each individual’s unique needs.

  • Alyssa Schilling is a pre-licensed therapist working toward her LPCC licensure. She graduated from University of Minnesota with a Master of Arts in Child and Adolescent Development with a specialization in infant and early childhood mental health. Alyssa is a certified Attachment & Biobehavioral Catch-up Parent Coach (6-24 months) and a registered Circle of Security Parenting Group Facilitator. She is also trained in the DC:0-5 manual.

    Alyssa specializes in providing care to infants and children (ages 0-5 years) and their families. She has experience with children who have been impacted by medical complexity, trauma and early life stress, as well as adoption and foster care experiences. In her work, Alyssa incorporates caregiver-only sessions, dyadic therapy, and family therapy to promote holistic care. Her therapeutic style is strengths-based and collaborative in nature.

  • Aisaaca is a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience in human services. She completed her undergraduate degree in Social Work and Applied Social Sciences at the University of Bath in the UK and earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, she holds a certificate in infant and early childhood mental health from the University of Minnesota.

    Aisaaca is dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey towards healing. She is trained in Experiential Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-up (ABC), Family Therapy, and Developmental Repair. Her approach is rooted in a developmental and attachment perspective, recognising the crucial role of parents and caregivers in fostering healthy growth and development. She specialises in addressing trauma, attachment issues, and behavioural and emotional needs through an interpersonal, tailored approach.

    Aisaaca also incorporates a somatic approach in her work, believing that experiences and trauma are stored within the body.   • Laura Smith, PsyD, LP is a Licensed Psychologist who earned her doctorate degree from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at the Youth Consultation Service Institute for Infant and Preschool Mental Health in New Jersey.

    Dr. Smith has worked in a variety of settings including therapeutic preschools, elementary and junior high schools, and both rural and urban community mental health clinics. Dr. Smith holds expertise in working with the birth to five population and their families surrounding the impact traumas, attachment issues, anxiety, and depression. Since this population is at a critical time in their development, she believes it is important to foster a trusting and collaborative relationship with caregivers throughout the therapeutic process. Dr. Smith also works with young children, pre-adolescents, and young adults struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and life transitions.

    Dr. Smith is certified as a DC:0-5 trainer and is certified in Attachment Bio-Behavioral Catch-up (ABC newborn to four years old).
